5th Sunday Dinner (May 31)

We are having a 5th Sunday dinner next Sunday, May 31.  Please bring your favorite foods that are red, white or blue (or just a favorite dish). So bring a dish or two to share and join us for some great food and even better fellowship

5th Sunday (May 31)

Next week is our quarterly 5th Sunday Fellowship Dinner and our Noisy Bucket Sunday.  This means that during the offering, we will have our children with the “noisy buckets’ to allow our church family to contribute to our “Emergency Fund.”  So bring you loose change (we take the paper kind too)  and make some NOISE!

Church Camp

Attention all parents of kids ages 3rd grade to 12th. Church camp forms are on the back table.  Camp is July 6-10th at Grand Oaks. Fee is $90, but scholarships are available (children of our church are ½ price).  If your children are interested, please turn your completed form into the church office. Registration forms are due to our church office by June 19th.This is open to all children, so invite a friend!  We are also in need of camp coaches (adults). Contact office if interested

Summer Mission Trip

The New Life Baptist Association is hosting a summer mission trip in Rushville IL. It is scheduled for July 6-18.  Volunteers can come either week or stay for the full two weeks.  A large group is needed to build a 140' x 36' building to be used for campers' lodging.  Food and lodging will be provided. Volunteers can stay in the camp facilities.  A few RV hookups are available.  Please pray about being a part of this mission project. Besides construction workers, kitchen helpers will also be needed. I plan on leaving Sunday, the 12th of July after church and returning home around 11:00 pm on Wednesday July 15th.  For more information, please see Dan Lucas or call our church office
